Purpose: Finding out the challenges faced by the underperforming field forces.
Workings: Categorizing the performance into several groups, setting criteria range for the groups, analyzing the field force performance, cluster analysis of the quarterly changes of performance in Tableau chart, conducting interviews, rating the and showing the insights on a spider chart.
Accomplishment: Execution of action plans by the management to clear out the challenges.
Review on Inventory Management
Purpose: Analyzing the inventory movement to match production with sales.
Workings: Comparison of quarterly inventory level with sales, analyzing inventory consumption status, age analysis of the raw materials, and expiry date analysis. All the insights of the analysis were visualized by using different Tableau charts and graphs.
Accomplishment: Execution of action plans by the management to prevent BDT 40 million from expiration of raw materials.

Purpose: Discovering the factors that affect seamless product replacement process.
Workings: Analysis on proportion of sales to replacement value by using advanced pivot table and pivot chart, conducting interview with the sales force and customers, visualization of insights into excel charts.
Accomplishment: Execution of action plan by the management to reduce the replacement time to 7 days from previous average of 30 days.
Review of Short-dated inventory Management
Purpose: To prevent financial loss from expiration of medicines.
Workings: Fishbone analysis to unearth the root cause for which the medicines become short-dated, visualizing the quarterly trend of expired medicines, mapping the storing location of short-dated medicines in Tableau chart, identifying and visualizing the top storing locations of short-dated medicines.
Accomplishment: Execution of action plan by the management to liquidate the short-dated medicines woth BDT 14 million.

Purpose: Formulating parametrics to measure key performance indicators.
Workings: Identifying strategic performance indicators, formulating quantitative formulas, comparison between benchmark and actual perfromance, setting up timelaps to measure performances, and identifying sources to collect data.
